Rikki Grace is a professional counselor who works with clients struggling with addiction and mental health issues. More importantly, she's the counselor who treated Mike and Paul at the recovery center where they first met. For this episode, she suggested the topic of Authenticity. Rikki has worked in inpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment and dual diagnosis programs, providing group and individual therapy for clients struggling with ​addiction and mental health issues. She has also worked in therapeutic foster care, providing some mental health services at Franklin County Corrections Center, and in private practice, working with individuals, couples, and families. She received training in Narrative Trauma Processing, and utilizes a client-centered approach in an effort to best meet the needs of each person she serves. She is currently in training to become a NARM Practitioner, specializing in treating and resolving developmental and shock trauma.
