Today's episode is about - How your hurt inner child affects you as an adult. Some things that happened to you as a child have a big impact on your life today. And sometimes, we don't even realize how it affects us until we start digging deep. A hurt inner child is the wounded, vulnerable, and abandoned part of your soul that hasn't resolved the issues of being hurt, devalued, and neglected from childhood. This voice unconsciously creates self-sabotaging patterns of behavior in your daily life, which you then predictably react to like clockwork. In this video, I talk about how a hurt inner child affects you as an adult. This explains why some of us have so much trouble living for ourselves.
