"C" for Chronos

38m · Published 18 Oct 00:11

The "C" of the C.H.A.M.P.I.O.N. Program stands for Chronos. Chronos is all bout Time Management, but not just organizing your time, but also organizing yourself and the "what" you do with your time. The science shows us that "when" you do something, matters just as much as "what" you are doing with your time. Nico explains how he stumbled upon this discovery and realized that we all have the time, we just have to have a real "need" which will breed the actions we desire to make time for.

This post includes access to an article (here) and also a Time Tracking Sheet that he developed for you to use here: Time Tracking Sheet.

Pillar 1: Armored With Vulnerability

27m · Published 02 Sep 22:55

#2. In this episode, Nico introduces the first pillar of the Plastic Human journey, taking stock. Nico defines this first step as being "armored with vulnerability" by using our perceived weaknesses and inadequacies as armor, not hiding them behind our ego. By identifying our vulnerabilities and taking stock in our strengths and weaknesses we can then identify the areas about ourselves that we want to change for the better. We can also identify our strengths to leverage during this process. In this episode Nico will walk you through his process for taking stock of your vulnerabilities and how to get ready for the next step of the Plastic Human journey.
