Hola a todos, bienvenidos al programa de hoy. Al cual he nombrado "Concéntrate en las cosas que están dentro de tu control" 

Para ayudarnos a entender esto, Quiero compartir la sabiduría del gran emperador romano y filósofo estoico, Marco Aurelio. 

Las enseñanzas de Marco han sobrevivido a la prueba del tiempo y siguen siendo relevantes hasta el día de hoy. Fue uno de los más grandes pensadores de todos los tiempos, y su filosofía sobre la vida, la autodisciplina y su búsqueda a la sabiduría es verdaderamente inspiradora.

Marco era un firme creyente en la filosofía estoica, que enseñaba que debemos concentrarnos en lo que está dentro de nuestro control.

Echemos un vistazo a algunas de las citas más famosas de Marco y cómo podemos aplicarlas a nuestras vidas hoy en día.

Marco una vez dijo: "Tienes poder sobre tu mente, no sobre los eventos externos. Realiza esto y encontrarás fuerza". Esta cita hace hincapié en la importancia de nuestros pensamientos y cómo influyen en nuestra percepción de la realidad.
