David & Kaitlyn, owners of Atlas Strength & Wellness join me today sharing their journey of taking detours from their original career pursuits to opening up their own fitness and health business. 

Through a near death experience with ulcerative colitis, David detoured from becoming a missionary pilot to navigating his health and eventually finding his purpose.

Kaitlyn, always having a passion for the health and fitness world, learned how over training and stress can play a vital role and it was through her low of lows that she was awakened to her passion and drive to serve their present day clients. 

I love how their story highlights the Rise & Climb vision that we may be called to hard things and while it's not easy, there is no other climb you would choose to be on.
