Glory to God, he has been so good to me especially throughout this season of spiritual awakening. Every episode included confirmation in my life, and the deliverance I was asking for.

I am so proud of my guests on todays episode, Nicole and DeAngilo, because they really showed up for themselves, and for all of y'all. Separation and divorce is such a hard topic to talk about. There's a lot of stigmas, judgements, stereotypes, and pressure just having to experience something like this. I know these situations are on the rise in our communities right now, but we need to hold space and be seen and heard, so that all of us can heal together.

In episode 2 I talk about my experiences of wanting to be perfect in various aspects of my life, but I only ended up feeling defeated. Throw the whole idea away, you do NOT have to be "perfect"! Find less than perfect, and more of you.
