168 Hours

by Ben Steele

Every day I try to remind myself that there are 168 hours in a week and that 168 hours is adequate time to make a difference in the world. This Podcast, also called 168 Hours, dissects the lives of creative and driven people in order to understand how they maximize their time in life to positively improve themselves and the situations surrounding them. During the show, I, Ben Steele, try to ask the hard questions to better understand my guest's lives and draw value from their experiences. Consider this an average man's guide to living a more than adequate life.
