The narcissist has new sources of supply before he or she discards of you.  The new source supply often gives narcissists the excuse to discard and dismiss current source without remorse or any sense of responsibility.  The narcissist might pull the rug out from under you, but make no mistake that the shock and awe effect boost their confidence to make excuses for venturing out and getting new source supply.  There are signs that he or she might be trying to ghost, but somehow the shock of them pulling it off never fails, but then they might be in awe of how they were able to pull it off, while leaving you to pick up the pieces.  Thank you for listening to this episode.

Narcissists have many bad habits that they just cannot seem to break.  Beware of signs that their shenanigans might be taking toll on your health, especially your mental health.  Be sure to take time spend away from the narcissist or narcissist relationships because some of their bad habits could rub off on you.  Seek the contrast if you feel overwhelmed and start to feel that narcissists are overshadowing your personal life.  Remember that your life has purpose and you do have a say in who you choose to spend time with.  Stay tuned for more episodes!
