Over 15 years I have worked closely with teachers that are talented in fine arts, music, sports, theater, craftsmanship, poetry, literature, dance, and more!

They all share their gifts with the people most close to them but they are so humble about the work that they do. I want to take this episode to personally recognize them and boost them up to feel that they are amazing!

Simply because they are!

You are invited to join me in creating a thriving support group for ECE childcare professionals. You deserve to be a part of a group of individuals looking to make the best out of daily experiences and lifestyle possibilities. You are smart, creative, thoughtful, and you should know that you are valued!

My vision is to share a safe platform for educators to share their thoughts and goals. Create ways that you may receive inspiration from professionals, learn and implement tools for a successful life/work balance and to simply celebrate who you are.

Acknowledging struggles and still attempting to move forward takes courage. It's okay when things aren't perfect, and sometimes it takes a million trys to get to your goals. Reach for the atmosphere you desire and set up the school you wish to grow with. Be understanding and patient with people that show up to work. We must collaborate on setting a professional work environment that all people want to be a part of. 

Again, without teachers their is no school and without families, we cant keep teachers.

Things get hard but I'm still here.

Change will always come, we just need to choose how we will react to change. There is a strong need for dedicated teachers and children need us, people that have time and love to give to young children are a necessity. If you are someone that is full of love, patience and understanding for what young children need...act now.
