Less is More Mindset

Wanting less is probably a better blessing than having more. Let me be the first to say that there is nothing wrong with wanting more for you life or to strive to be your best self; but when we get lost in the money, achievements and having all the things that we lose sight of fulfillment and what life is all about. Today's talk is all about the steps to take if you want to achieve a less is more mindset along with a few things that I believe we could use less of to live more joyful lives.

Less is More Mindset

The secret: one of them empowers you while the other leaves you empty and feeling like you are never enough. During this week's episode I help give steps to all recovering or current perfectionists that have big goals in life on how to put that habit of being perfect to the side, and instead learn to let go and love the messy part of life!
