About Deborah Charnes

Deborah Charnes worked 24/7 as an Intl marketing exec until she prioritized her well-being and that of others. Riddled with chronic low back pain and digestive disorders since childhood, Deborah Charnes spent 50 years exploring the world, uncovering secrets to health and happiness. For two decades, she managed hundreds of news conferences, editorial board meetings, press briefings, and one-on-one interviews. 


In 2011, Deborah left the high-pressure demands as an international corporate marketing communications strategist. About Allison Guilbault

Allison is a licensed therapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, forensic psychology and human sexuality. The proud owner of Mindful Mental Health, a tele-health counseling agency providing non-judgmental, empathetic, person-centered care to the queer community, clients practicing ethical non-monogamy, sex workers, highly successful women, survivors of trauma, and persons with a criminal history. 

Associates and Bachelors from New York University, where She focused on Psychology and Gender Studies. She have two Masters Degrees from John Jay, one in Forensic Psychology and the other in Forensic Mental Health. She started her career as a crisis counselor in the ER of a NYC hospital, assisting patients who had survived a sexual assault or domestic violence incident. IShe partnered with the National Institute of Sri Lanka to offer training, assistance and resources to their (severely limited) mental health personnel following their civil war and aftermath of a tsunami. She held a position on a NYC Mental Health ACT Team, providing resources to individuals who were convicted of a non-violent felony who had a history of mental illness.
