(Ep. 54) Healing In The Metaverse: The Real Metaverse That Zuckerberg Stole His Idea From

0s · Published 17 Feb 19:53

Healing in the real metaverse doesn't have anything to do with Mark Zuckerberg or VR goggles. The identities that we adopt out of a perceived need to survive are literal universes with their own consciousness. If we want to change universes we've got to adopt a different consciousness. But you can't find your way to a new consciousness when looking through the old. You need help to get there. I had a session with someone who helped me start to see a different possibility. I was able to step back from the survival identity and consciousness and start to see the new. This meta world or universe that holds both identities, I realized, could be called the metaverse.

(Ep. 49) Having A Direct, Felt Sense Of The Pain Body = Healing The Pain Body

0s · Published 15 Sep 22:31
The pain body lives in the domain of the mind...and thought. According to Eckhart Tolle when we're lost in our thinking mind we're either in the past or the future, not in the present. The pain body can't live in the present. If you're aware of body sensations, however, then you're in the present moment. So you can't really understand the pain body by thinking about it—you've got to have a direct, felt sense of it in order to do that. There are 3 different kinds of sensations to pay attention to. Letting your attention rest on one of them for even a second starts to dissolve the pain body's grip on your life.

(Ep. 48) How To Heal Emotional And Physical Pain

0s · Published 20 Jul 23:27
Realizing how to heal emotional and physical pain and suffering starts with a changing our perspective and understanding what pain really is. There's physical pain like the pain and there's emotional pain, but they're often tangled up together. Whether physical or emotional or a combination of both, pain is really just sequestered energy. Its energy that our nervous system has tucked away. If we want to pain to become fuel for our healing we can't avoid it, we've got to go toward it.
