In this weeks episode we welcome Paul and Holly from one of our support living services on to Fieldbay's Feel Good Podcast!

In today's episode we have the wonderful Avril Pickett who is one of Fieldbay's Clinical Nurse Managers who is also part of the Senior Management Team.  Dan and Avril are also joined by a special Co-Host the fabulous Rachel Mundy who is our Head of People and Culture.

In todays episode we have the man, the myth, the legend David Hammacott. David is the deputy Responsible Individual here at Fieldbay and acts as firefighter/right hand man to the managing director Paula Lewis (Who's also our first co-host!) We talk about how David got into care, and his returns throughout his life. We also discuss a very trying and worrying time in Dave's life, which has had profound impacts on the way he provides care and the way he alters his work life balance. In this first instalment in the series we bring you the woman, the myth, the legend and Managing Director of Fieldbay - Paula Lewis. In this episode Paula is hosted by Dan our Driver/Carer on loan from the cruise ships where he's a professional musician and also her son, which creates a lovely conversational dynamic. 

In this episode we talk everything from advice in the job, her family upbringing growing up with a brother with downs syndrome, her journey to the top, her time off an everything in between!
