Listen in as I chat with Dietitian Moushumi about her consulting business, her approach towards helping clients (primarily women 40 years of age and older) adapt to and adopt healthier habits and, of course, mangoes from India! Currently based in Michigan and born in India Moushumi has great insight on the food culture in India and how this may present both challenges and opportunities here in the US. I learned a few things too, specifically about Bengali foods. You can reach Moushumi on Facebook and Instagram at @dietitianmoushumi and listed in the Indigenous Nutritionist Dietitian Directory on my website. 馃檹
