In today's episode, we are going to talk about pulling yourself out of the negative stuff that clouds your mind and keeps you from moving forward. We are going to talk about how not even six months ago, I was in a very dark place mentally and what I did to get out of it.

My goal for this episode is to wake you up, discover that fire that is deep inside of you, and fan it until it grows like wildfire and the darkness can no longer control you!

I read a Facebook post the other day that said:
I don't think people realize how much strength it takes to pull yourself out of a dark place mentally, so if you've done that today, I AM PROUD OF YOU.

And that is so true. I am proud of you for trying today. I am proud of you for moving forward.

Remember,

We are all in this world together.
We need to start focusing on a brighter future for one another.
Let's start building each other up and encourage each other to BE the CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD.

The only way for YOUR world to change in a positive way, IS BEING the change you want to see.
