Speaking From the Heart & Higher Psychological Functioning
34m · Published
in Episode 12 of the podcast I discuss the importance of speaking from the heart instead of the head and how we need to tap into that more than we do. I also talk about compliments and how we aren't great at giving or receiving them and how we can change this.
I then go onto discuss the topic of Higher Psychological Functioning (HPF) which is something we are all born with but some of us don't realize what it is or how to access this state more often.
Thanks for taking the time to listen, I hope you enjoy it.
Thanks Michael
A Conversation with Explorer Pat Falvey
1h 0m · Published
in Episode 11 of the podcast I had the pleasure of sitting down with world renowned adventurer Pat Falvey for a very insightful conversation on his life which took him from the north side of Cork City to standing literally on top of the world on the summit of Mount Everest. He also went onto to be the first Irish person in history to have scaled the 7 highest summits in the world not once but twice. Pat is also an accomplished Author, Key note speaker and his company organizes trips around the world for ordinary people who want to complete their own individual goals.
A hugely motivational individual so I am sure you will gain a lot from this episode as I did and have done over the years I have know him. He has been a friend and a mentor to me for several years now and it was great to finally get him into record the episode as he must be the busiest man I know :)
Enjoy it guys

There's nothing wrong with being a Dreamer
56m · Published
In Episode 11 of the podcast I discuss that it's not a bad thing to be a dreamer, most of the people who shape our current world were and still are dreamers. They didn't let anybody externally talk them out of turning these dreams into reality. I also talk about challenging our thinking and our negative thought processes and realizing that sometimes what you thought was impossible is in fact possible. I hope you enjoy it guys :)
Thanks for listening
