Today’s interview is a little different. The legend that is Sallee Carter has taken up the interviewer role and I am on the hot seat! We chat about how when I was a kid, I was my happiest only when being active and how I forgot this in my early 20’s Which lead to me becoming an Alcoholic that racked up crazy amounts of debt, lost a house and eventually led me to a phycologist the planted the seed about becoming a PT. We also go into the struggles I have had personally with addiction to pre workouts supplements, hard and intense training, being burned by a business partner and much more… It’s Sallee’s and my hope that this podcast episode give you some insight into how the CJ Rubric came to be and although we couldn’t cover everything This is a very raw and transparent insight into my past, present and what my hopes are for the future.
