Herbs that Can Sicken or Kill You - Pt. 2

In general, herbal remedies are many times safer than just about any prescription drugs you can buy or get from your doctor. But never assume that anything that is "natural" or that is sold in a health food store is automatically without harm. There are many such products that can sicken, or even kill you. Also, many such products form deadly interactions with prescription drugs. Most doctors never ask patients if they are currently taking natural or herbal remedies. If you are, make sure you tell your doctor about everything you take. Also, most herbal products only become dangerous when they are not taken as directed, or taken in mega doses.

Tune in to this episode of Partners in Health and Biz and learn the 8 steps you must take before ingesting any type of herb or so-called herbal remedy, because certain herbs can sicken or kill you!
