25 Foods Most People Should Avoid

22m · Published 30 Mar 13:00

As it turns out, every food is not good for every body.

God made us all uniquely different. So even if you are eating various fruits and vegetables - deemed healthy - it does not mean they are necessarily good for you to eat.

Yes, for some people, certain foods don't agree with their body type and can cause side effects which actually create health problems and conditions such as diabetes, liver disease, kidney stones, high cholesterol, etc.

Attention Parents: Here are two foods I forgot to mention in this episode - Pop Tarts and cheese in a can.

The first few ingredients in Pop Tarts consist of refined sugars including corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, dextrose, and sugar. So as nutritionistHa Nguyen, RDN explained, "You might as well send your kid off to school with a candy bar for breakfast." Canned cheese is highly processed, with only a small amount of real cheese. It's primarily artificial cheese with lots of added salt. During this episode of Partners in Health and Biz learn the 25 foods that most people should avoid eating, and why.
