104: My 7 Lessons in Sisterhood

48m · Published 27 Nov 23:00

Do you struggle in finding, keeping, and cultivating lasting relationships with other women?

We women always desire a place of belongingness, and sisterhood is one space where we can do that. But we also know that women have a lot (I mean A LOT) of trust issues that can destroy precious relationships in life.

If you experience this uncomfortable feeling of “If I trust her, I’m going to get hurt.” It’s time to let go of that generational sisterhood wound and rewrite your own story of sisterhood trust, beauty, and intimacy.

In this episode, Nicole talks about the lessons she learned in sisterhood for the past two years of running programs and events with big groups of women. Nicole takes a deep dive into some toxic sisterhood wounds, the struggles of women, and what it really takes to create a real sisterhood bond.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • What is the meaning of sisterhood
  • How Old age leadership blocked me from cultivating real sisterhoods
  • Cultivating a lifelong bond between sisters; and
  • The lessons Nicole learn in sisterhood

103: Sex Culture, Kink & Making Sex Better with Sian Sexologist

56m · Published 20 Nov 22:00

Sex - a very controversial, explicit, and taboo word.

Many people feel embarrassed to express their thoughts about sensuality, and if the idea ever comes up, it's always a dirty, shameful, sensitive, and secretive issue.

We often think it's a "yuck" topic because of the misinformation around sex, but the truth is there is certainly more than just penis and vagina interaction.

In today's episode, we have Sian Self, an educator and sexologist to talk about one of the most censored topics in school; sex

Sian is very passionate about having an open and honest conversation about the intention around sexuality and having true pleasure.

Throughout the conversation, Nicole and Sian discuss the lack of education about the pleasure of sex, why people use it as a negative outlet of energy, and how to liberate yourself from the sexuality shame and have a sexually fulfilling life.

In this episode, you'll hear:

  • Sex culture, where it was, where it is, and where we see it going!
  • Submissive & Dominant dynamics
  • What is 'Kink'
  • Unhealthy Sex habits; and
  • How to have better sex and what measures 'better sex.'
