In The Frame is back for a second series, and our first guest is the legendary Anita Harris!

As well as topping the charts as a singer, Anita is well-known for her performances on screen and stage.

Anita famously starred in Carry On Doctor and Carry On Follow That Camel. She also appeared in countless other films and television shows, including Remember Jack Buchanan, The Television Machine, French and Saunders, Morecambe and Wise, The Magic Box and Midsomer Murders.

In addition to playing Grizabella in Cats at the New London Theatre, Anita's stage credits include; My Cousin Rachel (Theatre Royal, Bath); Stepping Out (UK Tour); Double Double (UK Tour); Come On Jeeves (UK Tour); Unexpected Guest (UK Tour); Suddenly At Home (Kings Theatre, Southsea); Annie (UK Tour); Five Blue Haired Ladies Sitting on a Green Park Bench (UK Tour); Fatal Encounter (UK Tour) and The House of Stairs (UK Tour).

Anita is currently touring the UK in Rufus Norris’ production of Cabaret as Fraulein Schneider.

To end the series, we have a special interview with Carrie Hope Fletcher who is playing Fantine in the brand new production of Les Misérables at the renovated Sondhiem Theatre.

Carrie has lots of history with Les Mis; most recently she played Fantine in the all-star concert production, having previously played Eponine in the West End and in Dubai. Plus she played Young Eponine as a child.

From auditioning for drama school in a football kit to receiving an Olivier Award nomination for his first leading role, this week Ian McIntosh talks us through his career.

Ian is currently playing Galileo in the brand new touring production of Queen’s musical, We Will Rock You.

After finishing as the runner up in GMTV’s Search for Troy Bolton, Ian went on to understudy Troy Bolton in the UK tour of High School Musical 2 before understudying Claude in the European Arena Tour of Hair.

He made his West End debut in Rock of Ages, eventually becoming the alternate for Drew. He was alternate Deco in The Commitments (original West End cast) and received an Olivier Award nomination for originating the role of Barry Mann in the West End production of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. Prior to We Will Rock You, Ian starred as Young Ben in Dominic Cooke’s revival of Follies at the National Theatre.
