In today's episode of the podcast, Lynna K Teer, spiritual teacher and coach, opens up about her story overcoming anxiety and depression. She also goes into detail about how to manifest your dream life and she talks about her spiritual awakening as well as the mystical dreams and experiences she's had. 

Lynna K Teer is a spiritual teacher and coach. She is also a USAF veteran, a mother, and a grandmother. Currently, she lives in Colorado after moving from Germany in 2001.  Lynna K Teer has also lived in Panama, England, and Italy while on active duty in the United States Air Force. However, she was born and raised in Florida. When Lynna K Teer created her blog, her focus was on sharing her experiences overcoming anxiety and depression.  However, less than a year after starting her blog, she experienced an awakening.  Lynna K Teer found the teachings of Neville Goddard and began having mystical dreams and experiences. She rarely talks about anxiety, depression or any of the abuse she endured growing up now because her life has completely changed. However, she knows that it is important for others to realize that anxiety and depression can be overcome.

Lisa Erickson is an energy worker and meditation teacher specializing in stress management, women’s energetics, sexual trauma healing, and goal manifestation. She is the author of The Art and Science of Meditation: How to Deepen and Personalize Your Practice and Chakra Empowerment for Women: Self-Guided Techniques for Healing Trauma, Owning Your Power & Finding Overall Wellness. She has trained in many energy healing modalities and is certified in both mindfulness meditation instruction and trauma sensitivity. Lisa is a member of the International Association of Meditation Instructors, the American Holistic Health Association, the Energy Medicine Practitioners Association, and The Breathe Network, a non-profit dedicated to supporting holistic healing for sexual trauma survivors. She is also the creator of a popular DailyOM course Awakening Your Feminine Chakras. Lisa has worked with thousands of individuals over the last 15 years through energy work and meditation to help them release limiting emotional or stress-based patterns, and replace them with healthy, supportive ones. She specializes in helping women through the energetic transits that accompany pregnancy, post-partum, perimenopause, and menopause. Douglas E. Noll, JD, MA is an award-winning author, speaker, and trainer. After 22 years as a trial lawyer, he became a peacemaker and mediator. Today, he helps people solve deep and intractable conflicts and teaches others to do what he does. Mr. Noll is an adjunct professor of law at the Pepperdine School of Law Straus Institute where he teaches Decision Making Under Uncertainty Conflict and is also the co-founder of the award-winning Prison of Peace Project, in which he teaches murderers in maximum security prisons to be peacemakers and mediators. He has trained mediators and leaders in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia in his innovative peacemaking and mediation processes. He has personally mediated over 1,500 disputes, including sexual abuse cases in the Catholic Church and criminal victim-offender cases. On a personal note, he is a jazz violinist, aircraft and helicopter pilot, ski instructor, 2nd degree black belt, tai chi master, and whitewater rafter. He lives with his wife Aleya Dao in the foothills of the central Sierra Nevada south of Yosemite National Park.
