Bill Massey, Principal Architect at Sasaki. Bill is an architectural principal and leader in Sasaki’s sports practice. He specializes in athletic and recreation planning and design projects with a particular focus on higher education. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the design and implementation of exceptional projects in the higher education sector.
Tamar Warburg, Director of Sustainability & Resilience at Sasaki. Tamar works with Sasaki teams to develop sustainability and resilience goals appropriate for each project and access critical resources to reach those goals. She enjoys collaborating to integrate sustainability considerations throughout the design process, from preliminary programming through construction management practices.
Phil Valko, Associate Vice Chancellor for Sustainability at Washington University in St. Louis. Phil works with an extensive group of faculty, staff, and students to advance operational sustainability for WashU and to foster the next generation of sustainability/climate leaders. Phil also leads and participates in a number of national and regional partnerships to accelerate climate action and sustainable practice, including serving as the program chair for the Midwest Climate Summit, serving on the University Climate Change Coalition Steering Committee, and co-chairing a St. Louis regional energy & emissions working group. In addition, Phil teaches an interdisciplinary community-engaged course on renewable energy and de-carbonizing the electric grid and regularly guest lectures on a range of topics.

Growing up in a single parent home with a father that inspired perseverance and fairness, Marques Ogden learned how to define his values and set goals. Ogden attended Howard University from 1998-2002 where he played Division I football. He then followed his dream and his brother Jonathan’s footsteps, eventually getting drafted into the NFL in 2003. Overall, he played for 5 years as an offensive lineman with the Titans, Bills, Ravens and Jaguars. Even during the off season, Ogden helped train football players in Europe, both physically and mentally.

Currently, she is a member of the Lincoln Electric Holdings board of directors, serving on the compensation/executive development committee and chairing the nominating/corporate governance committee. She is co-chair of the board and is a member of the executive committee of the International Center for Land Policy Studies and Training in the Republic of China. She serves on the board of the Lincoln Center for Applied Ethics at Arizona State University, as well as the boards of HonorHealth in Phoenix and Claremont Lincoln University in Los Angeles.
