Love, Laugh, Let it go

by Lindsey Oliver

Welcome to the chaos! If you're looking to overcome perfectionistic tendencies, say "goodbye" to timelines for life that aren't really serving you and ignore the opinions of (hopefully) well-meaning friends and family, you've found your place. Together, we'll discover how to navigate life's twists with resilience, humor and probably too many overshares.

Your host, Lindsey has a love of life and truly believes women deserve to live lives they are RIDICULOUSLY happy with! As a certified Enneagram Coach (she's a 7!), she's all about spreading love and laughter.
You could say Lindsey has lived life a little unconventionally—married at 25, divorced at 29, and then off to sunny St. Petersburg, FL from Maine at 30 for a fresh start (which didn't start off so well)!
Drawing from her own adventures and stories, she's on a mission to help women unlock their sparkle and tackle life's twists and turns.

Who you are becoming is more important than who you've been.

"Who you are becoming is more important than who you've been." -Unknown

Came across this quote on Instagram (IG: @soleoado) and it was a reminder that I didn't know I needed.
So often, we hang on to pieces of our past and let those things hold us back from becoming the person we want to be. We let previous embarrassments, regrets and questionable decisions cause anxiety in our life.
But guess what, we're human, and we aren't the same person today that we were yesterday.

Breaking this down with humor, sorry for any undesirable imagery. Weird moods create weird content, I am who I am.

Behind the mic - calling myself out and being called out!

17m · Published 11 May 09:00

Yes, okay, this is another episode that is probably more like a journal entry. Today, Lindsey is talking all about having difficulty expressing and allowing herself to feel emotions, and being called out - also admitting to being a hypocrite. With that, know that it is completely okay, and honestly, probably completely normal to know what needs to happen, but struggling to actually do it.

Emotions, therapy, boundaries- all the fun.

A message to myself, that maybe you need to hear too.

16m · Published 04 May 09:00

Alright, today's episode is a little self-reflecty (which I'm fully aware is not a word...)
Today, we're talking about what holds us back, how life can be frustrating and how to push through. Honestly, if I were good at consistently journaling, this might just be something I'd have written - and though it's not juicy, it's a reminder I needed to hear today, and maybe you do too.

There is no guidebook on how to live YOUR life.

22m · Published 20 Apr 09:00

Life changes and life changes quickly. That can lead to us feeling super overwhelmed, wondering what's next and when there are a lot of changes at once, possibly even frustration and questioning if and when there will ever be a point in life when we're feeling complacent, not wanting to make any changes.
Self-help and personal development books are great, but the authors of those books have no lived life exactly the way you have, so as helpful as those boos can be, they can't be a perfect roadmap as to how you should live you life- cue opinions from the well-meaning people in your life. Talk about information overload and muddying down what YOU want for yourself.
Remember girl, there is NO guidebook on how to live YOUR life!
