She recognizes the need for housing in all socioeconomic levels and pushes to make sure there is a place for everyone. For better or for worse, Beth Binger is an independent small business owner and appreciates her skills to make decisions decisively and pivoting when things don’t go as planned. Binger’s biggest lesson for upcoming female leaders is that there is no such thing as failure, only areas of incompatibility and opportunities for growth. The women emphasize the importance of delegation and leaning on those around you.

A life-long advocate for others, Kilmer created Teri as a model program that is dedicated to providing quality services, programs, and experiences to those with developmental disabilities as well as the community at large. The new Teri venue, located in San Marcos, provides the community with fresh and healthy eating, music departments, agricultural departments, arts and crafts departments, among many opportunities. When asked to give a word of advice to younger girls, Kilmer encourages to always celebrate your strengths and follow your heart. As long as you are fair to others, embracing your individuality, and following your heart, you can live an impactful life.

And we still have to be super moms and super wives. It’s about finding that balance”. Describing herself as an empath, Owens measures her success based on how many people she is helping to heal their souls and bodies.
