Binger’s biggest lesson for upcoming female leaders is that there is no such thing as failure, only areas of incompatibility and opportunities for growth. The new Teri venue, located in San Marcos, provides the community with fresh and healthy eating, music departments, agricultural departments, arts and crafts departments, among many opportunities. When asked to give a word of advice to younger girls, Kilmer encourages to always celebrate your strengths and follow your heart. As long as you are fair to others, embracing your individuality, and following your heart, you can live an impactful life.
