Episode 21 - Zone 2 training

All of these things get leaked out to the public and suddenly the vegan diet is the only way you can lose weight. 

Both Mark and Charlie help students who are learning to become personal trainers and one of the most important things they teach their students to do is question everything. 

Is coaching an art or a science? Knowing what principles to follow, is science. But knowing when to use them, is the art.

The pair discuss self esteem, body image and the pressure that women have from society. 

Remember that this episode is anecdotal, this is one persons account of the health problems they faced after getting implants.
