Work With What You Got

So often we look at all the things we don't have enough time for, instead of focusing on what we DO have time for. 

Don't have 3 hours to workout? That's ok. You do have 5 minutes. 

Don't have the patience to cook for a week of meals? That's ok. You can do just one!

Your Reference Point VS Your Focal Point
