Today we're looking at giving from the perspective of being the channel, not the source. This means we're not giving time, energy and other resources from our own personal stores, but we're allowing the source of giving to flow through us.

Ep #10 - Being an introverted mom

Ep #8 - Power Combo: EFT/Tapping & Restorative Yoga
Today I'm sharing about my experience using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) aka Tapping in combination with Restorative Yoga.
Both modalities individually work with the Central Nervous System to create a safe space for the parasympathetic nervous system to activate.
In combination, EFT helps soothe and settle the mind and emotions, setting up a more neutral, open and relaxed state.
From this place, it's easier to settle into a Restorative Yoga pose and be present with the body.
It's a beautiful combination of techniques to mend the distance or disonnection between the mind and body, in order to allow the integration and release of emotional energy.
