Shane started this roping to provide a place for young, up and coming or amateur ropers can go to compete against the guys who rodeo for a living. They had 13 of the 15 NFR Qualifiers there along with the rising stars. Shane says," My roping has grown each year and is a fun atmosphere to be a part of."

For example, you wanted to run a half marathon but decided not to because you'll never be able to get in shape enough to complete it…. This is what's known as a fixed mindset.. It's detrimental to furthering your progress in anything…. So, let's fix that shit!

On today's episode, my coaches and I start by talking about some ways we believe we could increase the fan base of not just professional rodeo but the sport of rodeo as a whole.

Secondly, we discuss stability vs. strength. What are they? Why stability is a huge pillar of our training protocol and some ways to incorporate it into your next  training session!

Lastly, we talk about growth vs fix mindset. What they are and how to transition into more of a growth mindset rather than a fixed mindset.
