Taylor Brooke Brewery
50m · PublishedThis week we made our way down to Woodstock Connecticut to talk with head brewer is Ralph Fiegel the head brewer at Taylor Brooke Brewery. Ralph is a chef by trade, and after years of home brewing on the side took the leap into professional brew in West Concord Ma. A few years later Ralph opened up a brewery at the already established Taylor Brooke Winery and the rest is history. Tune in this week to learn about Ralph and how he uses some of the same methodology he used in cooking as he does in beer and how having a winery on site is a huge advantage to their business.

Crow Peak Brewing

South Dakota only had 3 breweries at the time. We talked with Carolyn and Jeff from Crow Peak Brewing in Spearfish SD. We learned how this Brewery has become an integral part of their community and are changing the perception of what beer is in the area. It's a lot of fun to learn about different beer communities across the country and we were glad to learn about what's going on in South Dakota.

Barewolf Brewing

This 4,000 square foot slice o’ paradise (as they call it) in downtown Amesbury Mais where you can enjoy a plethora of different types of beer that you likely will never have that same beer ever again. This exciting model keeps their patrons coming back for more and keeps the brewers always looking for what's next. While we enjoy this model it is a bummer we might never have their Oktoberfest again it was quite good. Or will we? Who knows, we don't .
