A Conversation on Consciousness, Life After Loss, Personal Enhancement and Better Business with Mark Willis

1h 4m · Published 26 Feb 23:23

The first time Mark invited me to join him for a meeting, I was pretty darn nervous (understatement).  This guy is the real deal.  Mark was the CEO of Keller Williams Realty, the international real estate franchise, for over a decade.

Mark has become one of my biggest cheerleaders and is such an incredible mentor.  I've had the pleasure of getting to know Mark over the past few years, and I can honestly say, hand to heart, that Mark has dramatically transformed my life and my thinking.

Mark is not only a highly accomplished business man, but he also has a deep connection to personal development.  In today's episode of On the Path, we delve deep into Mark's life as well as his career.  Not only do we talk about Mark's favorite books, the Map of Consciousness, mediums, intuition, and business, but we also speak intimately about his life after the loss of his beloved wife and THE WILLIS FAMILY FOUNDATION that is founded in her honor.

This is a not to miss episode!

THE WILLIS FAMILY FOUNDATION is a nonprofit organization founded by Mark Willis and his family in honor of his late wife, Cindy Willis, who passed away of cancer in May 2019.

WFF’s sole purpose is to work with medical communities in Texas, the United States, and abroad to bring Canine Early Cancer Detection programs to every internal medicine office, hospital, and medical facility; enabling them to detect cancer in humans in its earliest stages and save lives.

My Interview with Dr. Patricia Sylwester (AKA my Mom)

47m · Published 13 Feb 00:06

Y'all, I got to interview a very special guest..my MOM!  My Mom, Dr. Mom, AKA Patricia Sylwester is an MD and a super inspiring entrepreneur.  Dr. Sylwester is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and has been practicing in Washington since 1986. She was the owner of a busy urgent care facility in which she treated patients for more than a decade. Over the course of her career, her interests shifted to improving overall health as opposed to treating disease, so she underwent additional training in the more holistic practice of Functional Medicine.

"We treat each patient as a whole person, considering all factors, including lifestyle and stress, before recommending any course of action."

Over the course of Dr. Sylwester's career, she became concerned that conventional medicine left some patients without real solutions for their problems. She expanded her medical training to include Functional Medicine and even Accupuncture, giving her the skills to bring meaningful change to the lives of her patients.  She believes dietary changes are the #1 tool you can utilize for radical change in improving chronic conditions, and her personal diet is the Keto Diet.

Oh, and since she is my Mom, you will also hear her 'Momming' me as well as sharing about my childhood...Fun stuff!!
