#149: 8 Tricks for Fall Comfort Cooking
15m · PublishedIt’s fall! With the start of school and new schedules and cooler temps, my kitchen changes. I lean more into prepped meals and cozy foods and intentionality in how I feed my family. With that comes a need for greater efficiency. I am sharing some of my favorite old and new tricks for feeling happier and more successful in the kitchen as the season changes. This is not a recipe episode (wouldn’t that be complicated?) but an episode that hopefully helps make your fall cooking a little more comforting.
So tell me, What is helping you in the kitchen right now?

#148: Let's Hustle (or not)
14m · PublishedI’ve been reading again. In my last personal growth book (Do-Over by Jon Acuff), my mind was blown a little bit by his thoughts on HUSTLE. I am like you. I was totally into hustling 6 or 7 years ago and realized that maybe that’s not what life is supposed to be like. Jon opened my eyes to some new ways to approach hard work and goals and how focusing on those thing instead of trying to do it all at once can actually be more effective than putting your head down and hustling. I am sharing my thoughts and his and what I have been working on lately in this new episode.
So tell me, What are you focusing on?
