I've been talking about the podcast a lot lately and thought maybe that conversation about the purpose of what we do here should be revisited.  It's easy for all of us to lose sight of what we are doing in this space and knowing who you are is first and always the focus.  In this episode, I go through those guideposts and those reasons for coaching and for podcasting.  I hope they help you, too.  

When talking to a friend recently, I shared the things I am growing through and realized that they needed to be shared here.  So in this episode, I am giving you the two main things that I am learning as I grow this year.  I hope my personal life lessons can help you a little, too.  

As a mom of 4, I am hopeful that I can take the things that I have noticed and learned and help make your parenting journey a little bit easier...take my mistakes and learn from them. lol.  In this episode, I share 4 tips that I have tripped over in my parenting life and hope that they give you some food for thought, too.

My friend Randi Braun is a coach and author who just published a new play book for women at work.  Her book is filled with light bulb moments, tips and stories of women who are not only accomplishing great things in the world, but women who are overcoming the small things that hold us back.  Our language and our world and our time are something that can make a major change in our lives.  I hope you love listening to her as much as I did.
