Mental Illness Activist Hannah Blum on How to Embrace Your Vulnerability, Heal Your Emotions & Stay True To Your Authentic Self

37m · Published 18 Oct 16:02

On today’s episode I’m talking with Hannah Blum, mental illness activist and author of ‘The Truth About Broken.’ I was honored to have Hannah on the show as she opens up about her mental illness and walks us through her journey of what’s been helpful and WHY she kept moving forward.✨⠀

Hannah makes it her mission to change the disempowering message that you need to be ‘fixed’. After taking matters into her own hands and learning about her mental health, Hannah now shares her artwork and poetry with everyone who might be going through the same.🌼⠀

She is an advocate for the mental illness community and is constantly empowering others to stay true to their authentic self. She knows that it’s dangerous to 𝘯𝘰𝘵 talk about it. Sometimes hearing other people's struggles is all we need to understand we’re not alone, and sometimes people just need to hear more voices like their own.⠀

If you’re lost, or need some guidance with where to get started and want to learn not only how to heal from past trauma heal but also master the signs that direct you to your passion, then you need to tune into this episode. ⠀

Hannah provides so much value and I can’t wait for you to soak up all the info in this ep.❤️⠀

“Dear Young Women”- change your mindset, change the game with Kt, Addis, Melody & Shalini

27m · Published 24 Sep 17:12

Another week, another episode. But this time it's one that's never been done before. Yes Yes Yes. For the very first time, I hosted a roundtable episode that features FOUR VERY SPECIAL GUESTS! 💁🏻‍♀️⠀

I’m speaking with Kt McBratney, Addis Fouche-Channer, Melody Godfred and Shalini Tripathi about the power of mentorship, womxn empowerment and how they achieved a growth mindset to unleash their inner power...and how you can too.⠀

In this ep. they prove that there’s more than one road to success...they all have totally different stories and offer different services. But they do have one thing in common - the power to positively impact their own lives, the lives of others, and ultimately the world.📈⠀

These wonderful ladies have different experiences, but their vision, goals and determination is the same, for sure.⠀

In this episode, they share a ton of wisdom around how to nail it when things don’t go as planned and how not to equate your worth with UNCERTAIN times. The key to uplevelling, according to these ladies, is to understand that the path is always somewhat uncertain⠀

...but you can see that with an open heart and open mind to explore and create.🌍⠀

If you’re looking to trust the process and cultivate a growth mindset to CHANGE the game, then listen NOW! (this time you get double the inspiration, so don’t miss out 😉)⠀
