For many of us, it is easier to advocate for others than it is to speak up for ourselves. However, when we don't speak up for ourselves, we erode our sense of self-worth.

Moving out is an amazing feeling, until you realize that you in this process alone. To be honest, it gets anxious when you remember that you will have to buy things to fill your house, pay rent and fix the holes in your bathroom. Sucks right?

But there is a joy of being able to live under your own roof and throw the “as long as I am under my roof card.”
