Wellness Wednesday - How to Conquer the Holiday Blues
Our topics of discussion will be - Emotional Wellness during the holidays and How to stay fit during the holidays. We know for some people it is difficult to maintain emotional wellness for many reasons for some of us, A lot of us get stressed out depending on whose family is invited for the holiday. Discussing whose going to bring or cook what, discussing who should or shouldn’t be invited. We all need to be open and honest about how we prepare to enjoy our holiday and those who we want to share our holiday with. Some people think, well its only once a year I can manage a couple of hours, well that’s not a good thing, you would be amazed to know the level of internal stress you can cause to yourself, holding how you truly feel inside.

Wellness Wednesday-11
Our 30 day journey starts today. I have my annual physical with my doctor next month October 22nd, and my goal is to lose 12-15lbs by my doctor’s appointment and my ultimate goal is to lose another 25lbs by Jan 1, 2014 my total weight loss goal is 40 lbs. My realistic goals are 10lbs a month based on the Weight Watchers 360 program.
Every Wednesday I will weigh in and let you all know my progress, I am starting with weightwatchers online: you too can try it, SIGNUP online if you can.
Every week I will share my weight loss goal, I will share my meal plans and I will share my daily exercise regiments via a spreadsheet that I will post on my website and on my Facebook page, I will also provide you all a template to that spreadsheet so you too can document your journey. I would absolutely love for you all to inbox me on Facebook and let me know your progress updates too and if you’re okay with it on Oct 24th, I will announcement your achievements along with mine.

This topic is near and dear to my heart, as I was planning the next 30 days of segments, I realized that one of our Wellness Wednesday session falls on Sept 11 , so I decided that as a native New Yorker.....
