Today we talk all about what 2021 has thought us , what we are proud of and what we look forward to in 2022. We really open up about the highs and lows of 2021. Most importantly though we appreciate that we made it through with lessons that will help us in life.

The year when we both asked for help and started therapy. When we started our self love and spiritual journeys and started to look at healing wounds from the past to help us with our future.

Today we chat all about limiting beliefs. What they are , How we feel we got them and what we have been doing to recognize and work through them. Its a process with ups and downs but we share how incredible your life can be by just taken the chance on yourself even when your head is screaming "Stay safe, Stay safe"

We chat about times when we felt imposter syndrome from just being in places or with people who we felt were ahead of us financially etc. We both share our own opinion on what success means for us and what drives us in life to break out of our comfort zones.

Today we have a chat about some personal limiting beliefs that we both have about following something we feel passionate about even though we don't look like the kind of people who do that certain thing. We share insights into how we got to where we are now and how manifesting/hard work and lots of belief has helped us.

We pull cards at the end and we where absolutely amazed by how aligned it was with what we were talking about throughout the whole podcast.  Shauna writes down her first EVER goal and we set intentions for our future together.
