56m · PublishedAlright, I'm feeling very nervous to hit publish on this one. I could not bring myself to script it, but obviously, in just chatting, it's a bit longer with some tangents, and I didn't necessarily make every point I wanted to lol.
This is my story. This is why I became a coach. I believe in educating people about their health because once you know better, you can do better. Ultimately, your actions are your responsibility. Applied knowledge is power, and I believe in empowering people with the knowledge they need to live their healthiest, longest life.
Here's my story and how I went from a Hollywood assistant to an online health coach. I am quite proud of how I have brought together my love of acting, psychology, education, and storytelling.
I can't wait to see what the future holds!
