It can alleviate chronic pain and discomfort, providing a natural approach to pain management. This practice can stimulate creativity and enhance problem-solving abilities. During this season, the qualities of heat, intensity, and lightness increase, which can lead to imbalances such as excessive heat in the body, irritability, and digestive issues.
