Empowering Native Youth to Find Movement Through Sport With Jesse Schwarz

The WMYS Crew is excited to have Jesse Schwarz share his story of creating the Youth Movement.  The Youth Movement is a 501c3 that sets up field day events to encourage sport involvement for native youth. Universities across the United States plan and fundraise a field day each year, even adapting virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The movement encourages indigenous youth involvement, and there are more resources to learn about the history and lives of our Indigenous brothers and sisters.  Check out i20sp to learn more about healing intergenerational trauma and ways to build our community!
