Life changes happen fast and this podcast talks about topics that may seem taboo or uncomfortable, but there is no more shame in discussing these topics. In this episode, Tamara chats with Ashley, a mental health and wellness podcaster with a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.  With her degree, Ashley didn't want to become a Counselor and decided to use her education to pivot into something more aligned with what she wanted and inspire and empower people to find their magic. By changing their everyday, they can change their lives and this is something as simple as making your bed.
