Ty needs no introduction, but in case you’re new to the rodeo world, he holds nine gold buckles, including a record-breaking seven all-around titles. In the early '90s, Ty was one of the co-founders who launched the hyper-successful sports league known as the Professional Bull Riders (PBR). In our interview, he talks about the role physical fitness, goal-setting, and the support of coaches played in his success as an athlete.
