Cold Calling, Relationship Building, and Being Genuine in Sales with Chris Mullenberg - The Analytive Podcast

55m · Published 24 Oct 13:00

Today on the show, I have a friend of mine, Chris Mullenberg.

Chris and his wife, Ashley, are both real estate agents here in Northern Colorado.

Their company: The Mullenberg Team was founded in 2013, and we are now in the top 3% in sales volume in the Northern Colorado market.

When it comes to sales, Chris is one of the hardest workers I know. He grew his business largely through cold calling (which we discuss) as well as through traditional relationship building.

In this podcast, we discuss sales (especially cold calling) and how to do it genuinely. We also break down how Chris has replaced lead development with relationship development during the sales process.

If you work in sales or you need to get better at sales, this is an amazing conversation.

So without further ado, here’s Chris Mullenberg.

Forecasting, Understanding Human Nature, and Living Well - Eric Gemelli

1h 18m · Published 29 Jul 23:34

Today on the podcast we have Eric Gemelli. For those of you unfamiliar with him, let me give you a brief bio.

Mr. Gemelli started working in finance in 1987 and has served in many positions in the insurance and mortgage banking industries. He has traded commodities for a living and raised venture capital.

These experiences gave him the ability to write a syndicated finance column with millions of readers, including his column predicting the market crash that correlated to the September 11 crash.

While living in Chicago, home to the S&P pits at the Mercantile Exchange, Gemelli had an office in a bank, across the hall from one of the country’s top S&P traders. His mentor was rich, old and bored and enjoyed having an eager student to pass on a lifetime of experience and knowledge. Gemelli used the patterns taught him by his mentor to predict the market crash that corresponded to September 11th.

Mr Gemelli just released a new book, Velocity Money Machine, which is available on Amazon. In it, he breaks down the strategies he uses to make a living as a trader.

In this podcast, we discuss trading, investing, forecasting, whether you can really predict the future using math, and take a Segway into wisdom and living well.

You can find more about Eric at Learn2Invest.co.
