155 - The key steps to financial wellness

35m · Published 18 Oct 06:46
Kia ora and welcome to another episode of The OneUp Project. In today's episode we discuss the elements of financial wellness with Sumita Paul an experienced financial planner. Sumita has her own financial planning business, Athena Wealth, where she empowers women to be in control of their money. I was most interested in Sumitas approach to finances as she see's it as a large ecosystem of wellness as opposed to something that happens in isolation. In the episode we discuss the following and more;
- What is financial wellness?
- How do we achieve financial wellness?
- Is net worth relevant?
- How do we begin our investing plan?
- What is estate planning?
