today we talk about self-doubt and how it not only 1: determines the decisions we make, but also 2: blocks us from experiencing fulfillment and happiness.

we all come onto this planet with our own special traits and talents that are meant to be expressed to benefit the collective. when you ALLOW yourself to work towards something (even though you aren't getting the response you wished for right away) you are telling the universe that you trust the process and are ready to receive its gifts.

when we doubt ourselves and stop working towards what matters to us, we're essentially saying 'NO' to life and agreeing to never meet the version of ourselves that we desire to be.

this episode talks about:

1) why letting yourself fail is important
2) how having a purpose leads to life satisfaction
3) what self-doubt is and how it impact our decision-making
4) the importance of nourishing that which matters to you
5) navigating the limiting beliefs that come with self-doubt

Now more than ever we must remember to be compassionate towards our inner child. We have access to what feels like an abundance of ways we can 'fix' ourselves, grow, and change. Initially, this is exciting because we are eager to grow as a person, but after a while, we may find ourselves becoming exhausted and discouraged.

Today I share with you the essence of our inner child and how you can be kind to yourself as you are working through challenges, changing, and growing.

Journaling exercise to RELEASE stagnant emotions

This four-part journaling exercise will help you release any emotions, fears, worries, or anxiety that present themselves in your life. This is a practice that allows you to not only understand what you're experiencing but also RELEASE it, and TRANSFORM it into the answers you need.

Four-Part Practice:
1) Witness your thoughts for 3-5 minutes
2) Write what you witnessed from a 'third-person point of view
3) Describe what you would have witnessed if you no longer had those same thoughts (write the reverse of your worries)
4) Take time to study the 'reverse description' and use it as your guideline

I also offer you a simple written exercise that will help you be more aware of the beliefs that cause you harm--which can be used in your journal, posted somewhere in your room, or carried around with you in your pocket.
