There are a few things having this poddy has taught me how to do and trusting my gut is for sure one of them. But beyond the pod I have had many experiences that also contributed to this and recently with the benefit of hindsight I have noticed how my ability to do this overtime has evolved!

The reason I decided to do a 'low buy year' this year (see episide 121) was because I felt like I was constantly trying to 'keep up with the Joneses', be someone I wasn't and compared all my belongings to another person!
