After that, ALWAYS use the same words that you would normally say after they say “YES,” whether they said yes or no. One more valuable thought that he shared is that sales is not a one-time event, so you must “Learn to enjoy your process, learn to enjoy the work that you must do to be successful. Keep yourself in a constant learning mode.”

There's a lot to learn here today and here are some of the key takeaways to be excited about. Money scaling comes with developing a team that works perfectly as puzzle pieces coming together, and your business does not depend on what sale you're going to do today, it is the sale you're going to do in the next 36 and 60 months or beyond that. It really is interesting to dive into these topics, so don't forget to get your pen and paper handy. Also, get ready with your bank account statements, as we’ve got a challenge to look out for to learn more about money flow!

For the profit-producing moment, Deborah shares what we should be doing during December of every single year - evaluating your entity and fixing the gap. While there's not so much that we can do with 2021, there’s a lot to do in 2022, not just in your businesses, but with your personal side too, because we could either end the year the best as we can or be setting ourselves up for the next year!

"First make sure you have a contract in place. Second, in your contract, there should be some provisions in your business that says what happens if they fail to pay. Are there some procedures in place? And then within your business have a policy on how you deal with folks who stop paying. So from a customer service perspective, reach out to them. Have a conversation. Find out what's happening in their life. Because you know, there might be some things you can work out together to make sure that they can receive the services they need but also your business gets paid. Now you do all of that and that still doesn't work? Depending on the amount, you can take to small claims court. Get your money, get the case rolling, and you can oftentimes do that without an attorney."
