In this second episode I talk to social media trainer Helen Reynolds of Comms Creatives.

We discussed how we get to know ourselves better as we get older, what strategies she puts in place to speak to a large audience and what she considers her introvert superpowers.

She shares her top social media tips for promoting a business as an introvert, including how she uses empathy to answer her customers questions in her social media comment. We talked a lot about the use of video, as a marketing tactic and as a delivery method and how to recognise when you have had enough of people.

Finally, she has some great words of wisdom on how to develop your personal brand as an introvert.
