Over the last few weeks, as I’ve come front and center with the complete and total disrespect of so many leaders that I admire, it has gotten me just as curious about hate as I’ve been about love, joy, and peace. I implemented an energy budget at the beginning of 2024, and I am thankful that I’ve already gotten this prime opportunity to put it to such good use. There is nothing more amazing when your haters are actually helpers! In this episode we will explore the silence strategy, what it gets you, and why I’m sleeping like a baby because of it.

We are off and running in 2024 and within a few short days, some of you have already gone from hopeful to nopeful. Society pushes us to believe that our first plan, our first round, our first try has to be perfect, great, solid, and right. It doesn’t. As a matter of fact, another chance can be amazing, a plan B can be epic, and walking into new beginnings can be ever so powerful. In a few days I’m heading to the second chance wedding of a good friend, can’t even imagine what life would have looked like if she didn’t embrace when another chance arrived at her doorstep.

On this episode, we are talking about celebrating. I’m sick and tired of the funky comments and shade thrown my way because I celebrate all the things. Since when did celebrating progress and smaller accomplishments, moments in time, and each other become such a problem? Let’s explore the benefits of celebrating and why you better not wait to do so.
