My 3 day retreat reflections = "Metamorphosis"

After just returning from a 3 day retreat down in Dwellingup forest, I just had to share my experience with you!

It was just so deeply nourishing, and I walked away truly filled up, lit up and grounded.

It was a mix of meditation, breathwork, yoga, spinal flow, dancing, cold dips, dharma talks, fireside chats, new friends and delicious vego food.

The theme of the trip was Metamorphosis.

In this episode I share:

  • The story of caterpillar to butterfly - how it applies to humans
  • How the power of breath helped me clear an old story I'd had for years around cold water
  • Why a retreat might be just the thing you need
  • The importance of integration habits
  • The realisation I had around community being just the thing I didn't know I most needed

It was such a wonderful 3 days that felt like so much more.
